Two ways to pay
You can pay your teacher in two ways. Here is what each one means:
Direct payment
You pay the teacher directly — outside of Seekooh. This could be via bank transfer, cash, or any other method you both agree on.
Payment via Seekooh
You deposit money through Seekooh and we hold it safely. The teacher only receives it after you confirm the work is done.

How does it work?
The process is simple and takes just a few minutes:
Agree with your teacher
Once you decide to hire a teacher, let them know you will be paying via Seekooh. This reassures them that payment is guaranteed.
Open the profile and click Pay
Use the Pay button on their profile to deposit the agreed amount. Your money is immediately secured with us.
We hold your money safely
The payment stays with Seekooh until you are ready to release it. Neither party can touch it in the meantime.
Teacher completes the work
The teacher delivers the service as agreed — whether it is a session, a task, or a project milestone.
Release the payment
Go back to the profile and click the Release Payment button. The amount is transferred to the teacher securely and instantly.
How much does it cost?
Paying via Seekooh is completely free for students. Teachers are charged a small fee to cover taxes and payment processing costs.
You can always ask the teacher which method they prefer to receive their payment.
Need to convince a teacher?
Some teachers may not be familiar with how Seekooh payments work. You can simply explain it to them like this:
"I am not comfortable paying in advance without any security. I will deposit the money into your Seekooh account and release it as soon as you complete the work — it is safe for both of us."
