Seekooh helps schools, academies, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational organisations find and hire qualified teaching and non-teaching staff — both for on-site campuses and remote roles.

To get started, register your institute and complete your organisation profile. Once verified, you can post job vacancies and start receiving applications immediately.

What types of staff can institutes hire through Seekooh?

Institutes can hire for a wide range of positions, including:

• Teaching staff — subject teachers, lecturers, visiting faculty, and specialist tutors
• Non-teaching staff — administrative managers, coordinators, admission counsellors, and IT support
• Part-time and visiting roles — for institutes that need cover teachers or guest lecturers
• Online and remote roles — for institutes offering virtual classes or hybrid teaching models

How do I post a job vacancy?

After completing your institute profile, go to your dashboard and click Post a Vacancy. Fill in the job title, role type, subject or department, experience required, and salary range.

A well-described vacancy consistently attracts better, more relevant applicants. Your vacancy is reviewed and made live within a few hours.

How much does it cost to post a vacancy?

Institutes receive 150 free Credits upon registration, which can be used to post vacancies and unlock candidate contact details.

Some vacancies may be posted free of charge depending on the role. For others, a small Credit amount is required to ensure serious candidate reach.

You can buy more Credits at any time from your dashboard.

How do candidates apply and how do I review them?

Candidates apply directly through the platform. You will receive notifications in your institute dashboard.

For each applicant you can:

• Review their full profile — qualifications, experience, and past reviews
• View their documents and verification status
• Use Credits to unlock their contact details and reach out directly

Can I search for candidates myself?

Yes. You can actively search the teacher directory and browse verified staff profiles by subject, qualification, and location.

Are the candidates on Seekooh verified?

Every profile goes through a verification process including email, phone, and academic document review where applicable.

However, we recommend that institutes always conduct their own interview and reference checks before finalising any hire.

How do salary and payment agreements work?

Salary terms and employment agreements are decided directly between your institute and the candidate. Seekooh is not involved once a connection is made.
